Fall Training is back! This short season offers athletes a great opportunity to hone their skills and shake off that summer rust leading up to the full club season start in November. Open to athletes between 6th-12th grade, Fall Training emphasizes lots of reps on skill work and individual training. No teams are formed, and there are no weekend competition dates - just training and improving our skill sets!
With both Fall Training and our Youth Program available to 5th and 6th graders, we want to help each family make the choice that will lead to an enjoyable and productive season.

Ultimately, both programs focus heavily on building fundamentals, but operate with slightly different pacing in that Fall Training is more fast-paced skill work while our Youth Program is more of a crash course on everything the athletes will need to know to get started.
